Unsaon Ta Man

Kay tungos sila hitsuraan man ug ako. .
Buotan, gwapo, macho ug brayt pajud!

Pero unsaon ta man, bisa'g unsaon ug bali-bali

Dili ba matag problema aduna may tagsa-tagsang solusyon?

Have you ever thought of quitting school just because you're tired?

Have you ever thought of quitting school just because you're tired? If yes, same here! Let's admit it, schooling is "tiring" and "boring" sometimes. You always have to wake up early from four to five hours of sleep to avoid being late. You pressurize yourself with piles of paper works and bunches of assignments and projects to be done. You need to face the faces of those teachers whose eyebrows seem to never learn how to unraise. More importantly, you may encounter those haters who never get tired of smiling at you face to face while telling countless negative things about you when you're facing back. Despite of how bitter school can be sometimes, it is still the best place to be- admit it. It's a place where you learn things you never learn at home-- like how your body is composed of millions of cells, I didn't know that before until I had my Biology class. It's a place you consider your second home-- you eat, clean, and sleep there. School gives you a lot of parents-- your teachers. And the most significant of all is that school gives you friends that you talk with, share secrets with, laugh with, cry with, and most of all live with forever. :)
This is my present school, the Cebu Normal University. Majority of the students here are aspiring teachers like me. I so love my school; It's just the best. :))
Here are "The MEaN Girls". They are my college buddies. We call our group Mean Girls but we're not really mean, actually, it's the opposite of what we really are. haha. THis is just a perfect jumpshot, credits to Bunchi who took the pic. :p
This is our picture during the Intramurals 2012 wearing our group shirt. It's really cute! It has our chibi faces on it. :D see below.
This was my school way back High School. It wasn't pink before, they just repainted it lately--it's cute though. I also love this school! A lot of unforgettable memories were formed there. :D
These are some of my high school friends. This picture is taken during my last days in High School. I miss them already. We haven't seen each other for quiet some time.
These are my best friends Mona and Mark. This photo was taken when we were in third year high school. Yagit pa kaayu! haha.
Mona and I :) We became best friends since grade 4. THough we don't see each other more often now. You know, different colleges...busy. But we're still same as ever. :D
Here is another pic taken during Sinulog 2012. It was really fun! :D See? never ever think about quitting school. You will miss all of these treasures. :D

How To Reduce Eyebags Naturally

Naturally Reduce Bags Under the Eyes

Naturally reducing bags under the eyes is easy when you know the right ingredients to use. Under eye bags can be embarrassing, and make the face look aged and worn. With a few simple remedies, most of which can be done at little or no cost, under eye bags will no longer be an issue and your eyes will look healthy and rejuvenated.
  1. Cucumber or Potato Slices

    • Chilled cucumber or potato slices are two ways to reduce bags under the eyes and eye puffiness. Simply cut two fresh slices of either vegetable to a thickness of about 1/4 in. each, chill the slices in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes then place the chilled slices over your closed eyes for 10 minutes. To help the slices stay in place, spritz your eyes with a little water before placing the slices over the eyes. This will rejuvenate the skin around your eyes, almost instantly reducing the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. An alternate method is to cut six to seven very thin slices of the vegetable for each eye, and layer over the eyelids and under eye area.

    Tea Bags

    • Chilled tea bags help heal dark circles and reduce bags under the eyes, as well as eye puffiness. Simply brew a pot of tea and place the used tea bags in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to cool. Green tea and chamomile tea seem to work best in removing eye puffiness and bags. Place the chilled tea bags over your eyes for about 20 minutes and under eye bags and puffiness should be reduced, if not gone altogether.

    Cold Compress

    • Ice cubes wrapped in a cloth work at reducing bags under the eyes. The cold compress over the eyes helps stimulate the skin and reduce bags and puffiness. Wrap about 10 ice cubes in a cloth long enough to fit over both eyes, or wrap two small clothes with three to four ice cubes each, one cloth for each eye. Alternately, place two metal spoons in the refrigerator or freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Place the chilled spoons over each eye, with the rounded underside of the spoon against each eye. This should quickly eliminate under eye bags.

    Stay Hydrated

    • Drinking a lot of water is key to reducing bags under the eyes. Dehydration is one of the leading factors in under eye bags, and can be easily eliminated. Simply drink six to eight 10 oz. glasses of water each day to keep skin healthy and elastic.

Sinulog Festival

Sinulog is a  festive, cultural, and religious activity which is enjoyed and celebrated not only by Cebuanos but also by each individual who believed in the greatness of Sr. Sto. Nino. This is the time when Sugbuanons show how talented ad devoted they are. But Sinulog isn't just about cultural dance competitions. It isn't just about big crowd or festive chants or huge floats. Most importantly, it's about the strong faith that we have on Sr. Sto. Nino. May we not limit our worship by just following the procession without paying enough attention to it or by just being physically present during mass but mentally and spiritually not.  may we worship the holy child by believing and trusting in him without any worry or doubt.

MY SINULOG 2011

In my life's 16 Sinulog celebrations, Sinulog 2011 was my first time celebrating with the crowd. For the past fifteen years i just spent my whole Sinulog at the house with television as the main medium.

January 16, 2011 is indeed a great but tiring day for me. I spent 12 hours off the house. Before placing myself at the Sinulog area, Mom and I attended first the baptismal celebration of my aunt's adopted child. W left the house by nine even if the baptism is still at eleven because of the expected heavy traffic. The reception was an eat- all- you can restaurant in Mandaue. My lunch was really very heavy that time. Mom got a lot fo food from the buffet table before we knew that there's a P250.00 penalty for left- overs. So, we have no choice but to eat them all right away.

After the heavy lunch, we went to Ayala by 3pm -- not for some shopping -- but for some picture taking. From there we proceed to Fuente to watch the Flovial parade. But i wasn't able to watch clearly because of the big crowd. Instead, we just bought ourselves some tattoos which are really very trendy. After Fuente we walked to B. Rodriguez to attend the Birthday celebration of my cousin. Another heavy meal was taken that made me really sick to the extent that I feel as though i need to vomit or something. Then a painful headache stroke me badly. I thought that that headache would ruin my day but luckily it disappeared shortly. We went back to Fuente and the most unforgettable part of my day happened. My mom, I, and my two other sisters needed some C.R. badly so we headed to Robinsons Place for some comfort. We were shocked to witness that the line for the ladies' room was about 16 meters long. We lined up at first but since our urinary bladder seemed to burst already, Mom got the idea of transfering to the mens' room. I refused at first but because I couldn't stand the bursting feeling at all, I just followed her unwillingly. I was relieved when i learnt that we are not only the ladies inside the supposed- to- be mens' room. But still I can't stop the very uncomfortable feeling of being in a place where i don't belong and where mens'  eyes were focused on us. I can see the expression of wonder, surprise and ridicule on their faces. The very hot atmosphere also worsen the already- worse situation. I felt a lot of relief when i went out of the stupid C.R and swore to myself that that would be  my first and last door- switching.

My Sinulog 2011 was not as exciting as  I expected. But what is important there is that i still enjoyed and i still felt the thrill of the moment.
